There are so many great things for a young person to do outside here in the Front Range; let’s get out and experience them all with friends! Our new 2-week Multi-sport Day Camp offers a selection of our classic adventure activities spread out over two weeks so that participants get to spend multiple days learning, developing and challenging themselves in each activity as their enjoyment of local outdoor experiences creates a foundation for a lifetime of healthy living.
The Front Range is home to renowned biking trials, scenic reservoirs, and crag climbs. Now our youngsters can have a broad, yet more in-depth sample of the area and the specific activities that can be done here on any given day. Mountain biking multiple trails with different levels of physical and skill challenges, learning advanced paddle techniques, and rock climbing short bouldering problems to longer routes are all selected for age and group appropriateness to create positive and memorable experiences for every camper.
Also, as a result of parent requests, we’ll spend a day with your children learning more advanced outdoor education skills such as orienteering and wilderness survival. Your son or daughter will not only thank you for the best two weeks of summer, but also may become your new local guide to the best outdoor spots and adventures in the area.
Since campers spend several days with each activity, we recommend that the participants provide their own bicycle for greater continuity of skills application and development during and after the program. If a mountain bike is needed, we are happy to provide one. All other technical equipment is included with the program.
