Teen Leader in Training (LIT) Program

Looking for a great way for your teen to spend the summer? The Avid4 Adventure Leadership and Development program provides a wonderful learning opportunity for your teenager to mature, develop leadership skills, teach basic outdoor skills, and further develop their passions and interests in working with elementary-aged kids as well as spend time outdoors. The Leadership and Development program is designed for teens looking for an opportunity to move into a leadership role with kids in an outdoor education setting while at the same time developing leadership skills that will serve them well in school and life. The focus of the Leadership and Development Summer Program is studying and practicing the things that make leaders great -- the specific things leaders say and do so that others look to them. A well-balanced way for your teen to both spend time enjoying the outdoors while learning and experiencing new things.
