Parents’ Day Highlands Ranch

Parents’ Day Highlands Ranch

Parents’ Day is a great opportunity to get out and see your children in action! Often times, parents simply watch their children perform, but there may also be an opportunity to get inspired firsthand. If you cannot attend, no problem. We certainly understand that it can be challenging to get off work in the middle of the day on short notice, and we can always recommend places to recreate with your family on the weekends.

Below you will find the necessary information about Parent’s Day for the following camps in Highlands Ranch:

After facilitating Parent’s Day for a number of years, we would like to pass along a few thoughts:

  • Our emphasis at Avid4 Adventure is to engage kids in active, outdoor lifestyles. Technical achievement in individual outdoor sports is secondary to the building of a positive relationship with the outdoor environment. To this end, it is quite helpful for you to keep this in mind when you visit.
  • This is a great opportunity to invite your kids to teach you something, thus providing them with a unique opportunity to be “experts.”
  • Since most of our camps are full, on a few occasions gear for parent’s participation can be in short supply. Your advanced understanding of this is appreciated. Please let your child’s instructors know you will be attending.
  • Please be on time – it’s not possible for the group to wait as we have limited time. Thanks in advance!
