Each year, Avid4 Adventure will award one returning staff member the opportunity of a lifetime: one roundtrip ticket anywhere in the world that United Airlines travels* plus an additional $500 stipend for your dream adventure!
To Apply: Fill out the application below & submit a 90 second video on YouTube explaining your dream adventure: Where you would go? What you would do? Why are you deserving of the grant? How would this trip embody Avid4’s core values? Get creative!
We want to see your personality, ideas & passion in your video – iPhones & androids have great video capabilities. Please film horizontal (landscape) mode. Applications are due August 15, 2022 and will be judged by a sample of the Avid4 Senior Leadership team. Scoring will be based on: the video, the written submission, work performance, and the overall “radness” of this experience as it ties to our core values.

Travel must occur by the end of 2023; winner must remain in good standing until the time of the trip. Only returning, full time seasonal staff may apply. The winner will be expected to use social media, blogging, and a post-trip slide show to share their experience with the Avid4 Adventure staff and community. Video applications may be used on Avid4’s website & social media sites. *Dependent on availability of air miles; taxes & fees not included
